PokerDalMoro Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

The data controller is Vincenzo Prisco.

2. Scope

This policy covers the PokerDalMoro mobile app. The app is a local tool for managing poker games among people at the same table. It does not provide real-money gambling, wagering, deposits, or withdrawals.

3. Data handled directly by the app

PokerDalMoro does not require an account. Player names or nicknames, settings, hands, and game history are stored locally on the device in the app database. This data is not sent to the controller and can be removed through the app or by uninstalling it.

The operating system may process technical data needed to run the app, including crash logs, according to the device settings and Apple’s or Google’s policies.

4. Google advertising

The app integrates Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). Depending on country, settings, and user choices, Google and its partners may process:

This data may be used to serve, limit, personalize, and measure ads, produce analytics, provide security, and honor privacy preferences. The actual vendors, purposes, and retention periods depend on the choices shown in UMP and the providers selected by Google.

Where required by applicable law, processing for personalized advertising, storing or accessing device information, and related purposes relies on consent collected through Google UMP. Optional purposes can be refused without losing the app’s core features; non-personalized or limited ads may still be shown.

Processing strictly required for operation, security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance relies, as applicable, on performance of the service, legitimate interests, or legal obligations.

When required by UMP, choices can be reviewed under Settings → Ad privacy options. Advertising identifiers can also be reset or limited in device settings.

The app does not request the iOS “Allow Apps to Request to Track” permission and does not access IDFA.

6. Recipients and international transfers

Advertising data may be processed by Google Ireland Limited, other Google group companies, and advertising providers listed in UMP. Processing may take place outside the European Economic Area. Google states that it uses legally recognized transfer mechanisms, including adequacy decisions and Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

The controller does not directly sell personal data and does not receive locally stored game data.

7. Retention

Game data remains on the device until it is deleted or the app is uninstalled. Retention of data processed by Google is governed by Google’s policies, user settings, and choices made through UMP.

8. Rights

Where the GDPR applies, individuals may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent without affecting prior lawful processing. Requests concerning data held by the controller can be sent to the privacy email above. Google’s privacy tools and contacts may be required for data controlled independently by Google.

9. Children

PokerDalMoro is not directed to children under 13. Where a higher age is required to provide digital consent independently, the app should only be used with authorization from a parent or guardian. The app does not offer real-money gambling.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the app, providers, or law. The date above shows the latest revision.
