1. Provider and contact

2. Acceptance

By installing or using the app, the user accepts these terms and the privacy policy. If the user does not accept them, the app must not be used.

3. App purpose

PokerDalMoro is a local counter and management tool for live poker games. It does not handle real money, wagers, payments, prizes, deposits, or withdrawals and is not a gambling service. Users are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where they play.

4. License

The user receives a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices they control for lawful purposes only. Users may not bypass protections, interfere with the app, distribute unauthorized copies, or use it to violate others’ rights.

5. Data and availability

Game data is stored locally. Users are responsible for their devices and any backups. Updates, faults, deleting the app, or losing the device may result in data loss.

The app may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn. Continuous availability and error-free operation are not guaranteed.

6. Advertising and third-party services

The app may display advertising provided by Google AdMob. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. An advertisement does not constitute endorsement of the advertised product or service.

7. Intellectual property

The app, branding, graphics, and proprietary code belong to the provider or their respective licensors. Open-source components remain subject to the licenses identified in the app notices.

8. Liability

The app is an assistance tool; users should manually verify scores, pots, stacks, and results. To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect loss, data loss, or decisions based on incorrect results.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

9. Children

The app is not directed to children under 13. Minors must comply with age limits and authorization requirements under local law.

10. Governing law
